GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE
Knit n Stitch, a brand owned by Ksheerja Apparels Inc. , with registered address at (4A/204, At Shiv Park , Buddhi Vihar , Delhi Road , Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh India – 244103), maintains the website www.knitnstitch.in, an online fashion store (hereinafter referred to as “Knit n Stitch“). On Knit n Stitch, customers will be presented with a range of products. The offerings on this site are intended for end-users of legal age. Products will be sold in standard household quantities. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into through Knit n Stitch, as well as all general business relationships between Knit n Stitch and its customers. Knit n Stitch does not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed upon. Working days include all weekdays except Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays.
1. USE OF Knit n Stitch

A password will be provided for accessing the online service on Knit n Stitch. It’s your responsibility to keep this password and access data confidential. Knit n Stitch reserves the right to refuse registration without explanation.
1.2 Content Submission
By submitting content to Knit n Stitch, you grant Knit n Stitch exclusive rights of use, including transfer to third parties, for publication and dissemination on the website.
1.3 Commercial Use
Any customer purchasing products for resale or commercial purposes is excluded from being classified as a “consumer.” Customers intending to use Knit n Stitch products for commercial purposes, including reselling or using in promotional activities, must seek permission from Knit n Stitch.
1.4 Proper Use
You must not use Knit n Stitch to disrupt or manipulate technical processes. Interventions seeking unjust advantage will result in account suspension.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
2.1 Contractual Partner
All contracts concluded on Knit n Stitch are between the customer and Ksheerja Apparels Inc.
2.2 Language and Contract Conclusion
Knit n Stitch operates in the English and Hindi languages, and contracts are concluded exclusively in English.
2.3 Order Submission
Submitting an order constitutes a binding contract offer. A confirmation email will be sent, but acceptance is upon shipping of goods.
3. PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
3.1 Price Listing
Product prices listed on Knit n Stitch at the time of order apply. Prices are exclusive of taxes, and final prices (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the shopping cart.

7. RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.

Knit n Stitch is not liable for intent and gross negligence, with exceptions outlined in the document.

FINAL PROVISION
Should any provision be legally void, it won’t invalidate the entire contract. ksheerja Apparels Inc reserves the right to amend terms with reasonable changes, notifying customers in advance.
